Accessibility statement
Statement for the app used in class, app.dialectica.education. Drafted following the European model accessibility statement.
Market: Italy. Compliance documents are written per market. The AI Act layer is the same across all 27 member states; the age of digital consent and the grading scale are not, and each market gets its own folder before it opens.
01Conformance status
The stated goal is conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines for every screen used by students and teachers. The actual status is declared here after the self-assessment, with a precise list of what falls short of it.
Declared status (full / partial conformance / non-conformance) — to be entered once the self-assessment is complete. An honest declaration with exceptions counts in a school's favour; a false declaration is an infringement.

Every piece of content that does not reach level AA is listed here with the reason and the expected date of correction.
